Ferry Beach Park Association Retreat: Talking with Students about Ferguson

Join us for a two-day seminar with Marcia Chatelain, Professor at Georgetown University. Marcia was instrumental in setting up a Twitter feed #FergusonSyllabus. Teachers shared materials and committed to talking about Ferguson the first few days of school (September 2014). 

Conference Schedule and Fee:
Workshop begins 3pm on Friday, July 10th at Ferry Beach. 
Schedule: Friday: 3-5pm seminar/workshop, 5-7pm social hour and dinner, 7:30-8:30pm seminar/discussion. 
Saturday: 9am-noon seminar/workshop; noon-1pm lunch. 1-3:30 seminar/workshop. 

$250 includes Dinner on Friday and Lunch on Saturday. Lodging and other meals are available for a fee. 
(Social workers and teachers receive special pricing of $200).
